The company reserves the right to cancel or refuse service in case of incorrect information, unsafe behavior, or vehicle unavailability.

2. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings can be made through our website, phone call, or other official channels. A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Deluxe DropTaxi. Driver allocation depends on availability, and pickup times may vary due to traffic or weather conditions.

3. Pricing and Payment

Fares are calculated based on distance, route, vehicle type, and applicable toll charges. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or route changes. Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or approved online payment methods at the end of the trip.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel bookings before the driver starts the trip. A cancellation fee may apply if the driver has already been dispatched or has reached the pickup location. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to company policy.

5. Responsibilities of Customers

Customers must ensure all belongings are collected before leaving the vehicle. Deluxe DropTaxi is not responsible for lost or forgotten items. Smoking, alcohol consumption, or unlawful activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged accordingly.

6. Responsibilities of Deluxe DropTaxi

We ensure that our drivers are verified, licensed, and trained for safe driving. While we strive to provide timely and comfortable rides, delays due to traffic, weather, or technical issues may occur. The company is not liable for indirect losses or delays beyond our control.

7. Safety

All vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected for safety standards. Passengers are advised to wear seat belts throughout the journey for their safety.
